This is a Custom Stainless Steel 3.0 Ton Bard Wall Mounted Air conditioner.
The condensing section has been modified to the class 1 division 2 groups C & D hazardous location specification and includes an accompanying building pressurization module to declassify the interior space.
Pressurization is achieved with a Class 1 Division 2 double shafted TNV motor, and stainless steel blower wheels affixed to 25 feet of site installed 14 inch stainless steel spiral duct, caped with a rain and bird screen and custom sand spin filters.
This unit features:
•Sherman Williams Phinicon HS epoxy coating on every non-stainless steel metal component including the evaporator and condenser coils.
•Washable stainless steel mesh pre-filter, Merv 11 2″ inch pleated filter, and Sand Spin filter on the condenser section and pressurization air intake.
•380-415v voltage 50hz,
•5kW General Purpose Electric resistive heat
•Infrared Smoke Detection, Catalytic bead LEL and electrochemical H2S gas detection with audible and visual alarms. In the event of detection, the unit will shut down, trigger audible and strobe alarms and wait in”safe haven” mode until the threat has cleared, upon which the unit will auto restart.
